4th Euro Intelligent Materials 2018 - Registration and Cancellation Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fĂĽr Materialkunde e.V. as well as the following separate registration and cancellation conditions for the event apply.

For Presenting Authors

With the submission of an abstract and the receipt acknowledgement by the conference office, speakers will be pre-registered for the conference. After the submission deadline, abstracts will be evaluated and confirmed by January 2018.

After the confirmation, each speaker will receive an invoice that must be settled two weeks after receipt, otherwise abstracts may not be considered in the programme.

Cancellation before 08th February 2019 will be subject to a 50 EUR cancellation fee. After that date 25% of the conference fee will be charged, and from 8th April 2019 the full conference fee will be charged upon cancellation.

Delegate substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.

For Participants

After registration, each participant will receive an invoice that must be settled within two weeks. From 08th February 2019, 25% of the conference fee will be charged upon cancellation, and after 7th April 2018 the full conference fee will be charged. Delegate substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.

Upon registration authors and delegates agree to be published in the online "List of Participants".
